Our friendly doctors and office staff are always happy to assist new and existing patients throughout their dentist visits. They will help arrange your appointments, and follow-up visits and answer any questions and concerns that you may have.
Dr. Azim Parekh, DDS
Dr. Parekh graduated with a Bachelor of Science and majored in Mathematics and Physical Chemistry with a minor in Astronomy from the University of Toronto. He later graduated with Honors from the University of Western Faculty of Dentistry in 1996.
Dr. Parekh lives by the business philosophy of dentistry prevention. He is renowned for his exceptional chair side manner and loves to impart his wisdom in educating his patients on the best oral care for them. Even children love coming to see him! He is an expert in many dentistry fields, has extensive training, and continues to educate himself in all the new technologies and dental advancements. Dr. Parekh not only wants to see you have a great smile but also wants to make a difference in the lives of every patient he sees.
Dr. Stephanie Major, DDS
Dr. Stephanie Major attended Saint Mary’s University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science Degree and a Diploma in Forensic Science. Dr. Major then continued her studies at Dalhousie University where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.
The aspect of dentistry that Stephanie loves most is the opportunity it gives her to meet new people, to interact with her patients, and to be able to offer assistance with their dental health needs. She believes it is important to live a healthy well balanced lifestyle which includes maintaining good oral health habits. In the field of dentistry every appointment brings something new and challenging. Stephanie’s compassionate, patient centred approach to dentistry helps her patients feel at ease in her chair. Stephanie’s main goal in dentistry is to help provide oral health education and much-needed dental health care for those in need in our community.
On her days off, Stephanie enjoys boating with her family and spending time with her French Bulldog puppy, Stella.
Dr. Major is excited to meet new patients and families in our community and assist them with obtaining the happy, healthy smiles we all deserve!
Dr. Easa Alhariri, DDS
Dr. Easa Alhariri graduated from Damascus University of Dentistry in Syria in 1997, where he started practicing. He received a postgraduate diploma in Health Systems Management from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine in 2006.
He and his family moved to Nova Scotia, Canada, in 2016, where he then completed his certification with the National Dental Board of Canada. Dr. Easa provides services in General Dentistry, such as restorations, crowns, removable partial and complete dentures, wisdom teeth extractions, root canal treatment, and pediatric dentistry. He holds nitrous oxide, oral sedation and 3D Imaging certification and has completed the Atlantic Implant Mentorship Program. He believes continuing education is the key to keeping up with the latest evidence-based dentistry. Dr. Easa is fluent in both English and Arabic.
Dr. Easa’s philosophy at work is to provide a patient-focused environment that is less stressful and more accessible for patients and to treat others the way he would want to be treated. He enjoys working with a collaborative team to provide the best outcome for patients. He also enjoys volunteering to give back to his community.
When he is not at work, he loves spending time with his family, hiking, camping, swimming, and watching movies.
